A background in leading recruitment teams while remaining hands-on at a senior hiring level is essential. Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and emotional intelligence will be key to success in this role. They are looking for someone who has previously built a talent acquisition function from the ground up (could have been stand alone or leading a team). Additionally, they are looking for candidates who are in future open to an international posting as this will be a future SLT role. About the Job This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition professional to shape and implement the organisation’s strategic talent pipeline across multiple business functions. Sitting as a key partner to the HR leadership team, you’ll take ownership of proactive talent pooling, longer-term workforce planning, and senior-level (Exec) recruitment across multiple vertical markets. Duties will include: Designing and delivering function-specific talent pipeline strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners Provide development of KPI metrics, dashboards for comprehensive analytical data and ROI Building long-term candidate pools to support succession and future hiring needs Analysing recruitment data to identify trends and optimise sourcing strategies Managing relationships with external partners and evaluating PSL performance and ROI Leading on senior-level and business-critical hiring, taking a hands-on role in interviewing and assessing candidates Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on market insights, internal capability, and recruitment best practice Ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism Working closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Partners to align operational and strategic delivery What You Will Receive in Return This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organisation and significant scope for growth.
