We work very closely with our clients, their families and health care professionals to support our clients in the best possible way. JOB PURPOSEWorking as part of a small professional team delivering a high-quality domiciliary care service, you will report to the Registered Care Manager to support the growth of the business by onboarding new clients, assist with reviewing changes to clients' needs as part of the daily operations and that the highest standard of care is maintained. The role is varied and rewarding and would suit someone who wishes to develop their career into the area of care management and administration RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities Responsibility for the onboarding of new clients Dealing with all incoming client enquiries via telephone and email with a high level of customer service Arranging assessments with potential new clients and their family members in a timely manner to discuss and agree their care needs Arrange for introduction of staff to new clients to ensure to familiarise them Use digital care planning software to write and develop all new care plans and risk assessments for new clients following an initial assessment Communicating with new clients throughout their onboarding process to ensure they are happy with visit times, contracts, care plans and any other information required Manage client capacity to understand and allocate appropriate visit times for new clients in an efficient manner Liaising with the scheduling and finance teams about new client start dates and all other relevant information Be the main point of contact for all new clients for their first six weeks of support Responsibility for attaining client reviews on internal and external platforms Responsible for reviewing any ongoing changes to client care plans and risk assessments. Liaise with clients, families & professionals to manage care needs ' staff deployment. Provide the highest standards of care & continuity of care to clients at all times. Provide the highest standards of support to the care team at all times. Support the compliance team to ensure that client ' staff files are up-to-date ' comply with requirements Be a part of the on call rota to support the teamAdditional Responsibilities Support the scheduling team to develop efficient rotas Training new starters as suitably agreed with the registered manager Office administrative tasks & updating office recording systems. Take recruitment enquiries, maintain enquiry records As requested, conduct staff supervision appraisal meetings & manage issues. As requested, recruit, support & train carers to enable them to undertake their role safely effectively At all times, work to the company's core values, policies and standards at all times. To be available to work when requested by the care manager to cover care calls Work with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients at all times. To provide cover during any absence of the care manager and other office staff. Understand and implement the requirements of the company's adult protection policies,including the suspension of staff from duties.
