What You'll Do:
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. Here's a glimpse of your exciting role:

Handle Incoming Calls: Manage all customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
Order Processing: Accurately process orders in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures.
Service Scheduling: Book service calls and optimise engineer routing to enhance operational efficiency.
Administration Support: Provide comprehensive administration support, including contract renewals and service contract promotions.
Complaint Management: Record and manage customer complaints in a structured manner, striving for resolutions that delight our customers.
Supplier Interaction: Raise purchase orders and keep customers informed about lead times.
