Hours: 37.5 / Full Time (part time considered)

**Salary**: £22,044 per annum

Contract: Permanent

What it's like to work here You'll be part of a virtual team across the South East with the ability to work in a hybrid way, working in both an office, at home, and at one of our properties. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand towhatever comes their way - whether it’s helping an archaeologist with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or helping to induct new team members, you’ll want to help others and get involved. You’ll have the ability to work with a wide range of teammembers and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.

What you'll be doing The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projectsand offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to administration support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Advanced IT Skills
