Part Time Facilities Assistant Outcomes First Group – Waterloo Lodge School, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 7AX Salary: £13.25 per hour Hours: 15 hours per week – Monday 6:45am‑9:45am, Tuesday – Friday 2:30pm‑5:30pm Contract: Permanent, Part‑time, 52 weeks Seniority level: Not applicable Employment type: Part‑time Job function: Education Industries: Education and Facilities Services About the Role As our new Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the school, including: Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs to keep our site in top condition Supporting with groundskeeping and housekeeping, ensuring classrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces are spotless Maintaining safety and security, checking that all areas meet health and safety standards Assisting with vehicle checks and basic maintenance across our small fleet Opening and closing the site, ensuring the school is ready for a great day of learning Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who’s practical, proactive, and always ready to lend a hand.
