**JOB SUMMARY**

Preston North End FC are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the facilities and maintenance team as a cleaner.

The First Team training ground hosts all first team training sessions, a large canteen area, a hydrotherapy pool area, treatment rooms and administration offices. Your role will be to ensure that your areas of responsibility are cleaned within a set period and ready for use by staff and professional footballers.

**Hourly Pay Rate**

£11.00 per hour (depending on age)

**How To Apply**

**Location**

You will be based at the Preston North End First Team Training Ground, Euxton Lane, Euxton, Chorley, PR7 6FA.

**Working Hours**

Your working hours will be from 2pm to 7pm Monday to Friday. It will be a minimum of 25 hours per week. You may from time to time be required to work additional hours such as bank holidays and weekends, however notice will be given in advance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Preston North End FC are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join a small cleaning team as a part time cleaner.

The First Team training ground hosts all first team training sessions, a large canteen area, a hydrotherapy pool area, treatment rooms and administration offices. Your role will be to ensure that your areas of responsibility are cleaned within a set period and ready for use by staff and professional footballers.
- To clean all areas of the training ground to a very high standard.
- General purpose cleaning of various areas within and around the facility which include, but not limited to; changing room areas, hydrotherapy pool area, gymnasium, canteen, treatment rooms, various administration offices all varying in shapes and sizes.
- Some areas require the use of heavy machinery such as a floor machine and a buffer.
- The role requires you to work as a small team but on occasions on your own. Part of your responsibility will be to open up and lock up certain areas.

The role requires you to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and dedicated.

Full training will be provided.

Full uniform will be provided.

**Skills, and Experience Required**
- A minimum of two years’ experience of working in a professional environment is required.
- Previous experience of working with heavy machinery such as a floor machine and or a buffer is advantageous but full training will be given.
- Experience of infection control.
