National Account Manager at PPG Field based. You will lead multiple national accounts in the retail sector at head office level. This is an exciting and rewarding chance to work in a growth area of the business with high levels of autonomy including full account management, including all commercial plans. Key Responsibilities Develop a sales strategy for the relevant national accounts which will realise sales, margin and market share growth goals ahead of PPG's competitors. Improve rebate return on investment and external engagement. Ensure performance measurements are realised, and client link commercial excellence metrics are the best. Maintain a growth pipeline and follow processes to improve performance. Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; project expected sales volume and profit for our products. Create and shape joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to lead triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer. Develop relationships with all internal and external partners. Develop clear two-way communication channels with commercial coordinators to deliver admin and pricing accuracy. Provide weekly and monthly updates on our performance, team and competitor insights to the sales controller. Qualifications 5+ years experience delivering sustained growth in large retail customers. 10+ years of experience working in paints/coatings, DIY, industrial consumables or FMCG. Commercial experience: joint business plans, forecasting, P&L management.
