In this role you will assist administration of all UK fleet and fleet related activities and compliance through overseeing the activities of our Fleet Management service providers. You will contribute to the development of our business through enhanced profitability and improved Quality and service, by providing the highest standard of services and providing timely and thorough communications and reports to the wider Operations team and the Fleet Manager. What You’ll Do Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, compliant with legislation, and meet Health & Safety standards. Liaise with service providers to schedule maintenance and minimise downtime. Coordinate vehicle recovery and accident management processes. Maintain accurate logs for congestion charges, Toll Road, ULEZ, DART etc and fuel card usage. Ensure MID integrity is maintained. Track and report on fleet operating costs including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and leasing. Maintain and update fleet management systems, including telematics and tracking platforms. What We’re Looking For Well‑developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of fleet activity and functionality. To ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Knowledge of transport legislation. Willingness to learn.
