We are currently on the search for a fleet Coordinator for their North London Office.

**What you will be doing?**
- Have responsibility for all vehicles in the fleet
- Ensuring that new vehicles are road-legal and industry compliant before heading out to customers
- Coordinating the de-fleeting of older vehicles
- Ensuring all vehicles are fitted with tracking technologies
- Helping ensure MOT certificates and TFL licenses are valid
- Controlling stock at the London hub, making sure it's neat, tidy and clean
- Shuttling new vehicles between on and off-site storage near the London hub
- Work across multiple members of the fleet team to make sure vehicles are ready to rent

**What will you need?**
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a fleet, logistics, or stock control environment
- A good level of computer skills ideally in Excel and Fleet Management Systems
- Be able to multi-task and use your own initiative
- **A full clean Driving Licence**:

- A reasonable understanding of motor vehicles
- Have the ability to collaborate
- Be comfortable being accountable
- Treat every member of staff and clients with respect
