What You’ll Do Build and grow the UK Architecture & Design customer segment by developing strong relationships with architects and interior designers Drive product specification within A&D projects and influence decision‑makers throughout the design process Define a strategic acquisition and growth plan and translate it into measurable actions with clear KPIs Lead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project closing Act as the UK A&D market expert, managing and expanding the regional partner network Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and contribute to establishing efficient internal processes for scaling the A&D offering Develop and implement retention and upselling initiatives aligned with broader B2B strategy Collaborate with senior leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and preparing materials for executive stakeholders About You You combine strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of the UK’s architecture and design ecosystem.
