This is a full-time, permanent role (Hybrid) - paying around £30,000 per annum plus commission.

This is an international membership organization that promotes and advances civil engineering around the world. The institution is a qualifying body, a Centre for the exchange of specialist knowledge, and a provider of resources to encourage innovation andexcellence in the profession worldwide.
**Your Role**:
As an experienced B2B Account Manager you will be required to manage an existing client base as well as self-generating and winning new business within new and existing sectors to expand the client portfolio. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-pacedbusiness and have experience of using Salesforce.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Proactively seek and close new opportunities for future sales
- Diarize meetings with new and existing clients.
- Respond to client enquiries
- Seek post-event feedback from stakeholders and communicate ideas for improvement
- Research and target potential customers and initiate contact with them
- Prepare cost models for all opportunities ensuring profit is maximized
- Maintain records relating to opportunities
- Oversee event administration ensuring first class service delivery
- Brief course tutors on the clients’ and TTT’s requirements
- Regularly update sales forecast and ensure accuracy
- Proactively build relationships with ‘business to close’ clients and secure confirmation of order
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Ensure training and contract services are delivered on budget
**Key Requirements & Skills**:
- At least 3-4 years proven B2B sales experience
- Able to write sales proposals in clear and accurate English with appropriate tone
- A colleague who is able to bring a consultative approach to the role and ‘build out’ newly developed accounts
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Proactive and professional approach
- Confident outward manner and has the gravitas to hold meetings with key decision makers in client businesses
- Able to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines and self-motivated
- Able to accurately calculate prices, costs, and profit
- Enthusiastic team player
