Practice Manager – Sahasraa Solutions Our client is a rapidly growing financial advisory firm with a national footprint of Insurance Advisors, Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors. As part of their next stage of growth, the Directors are looking to recruit a Practice Manager who can assist them in running the operational and administrative aspects of the business, freeing them up to focus on leadership and strategic projects. As Practice Manager, you will have a varied role, consisting of HR, recruitment, supplier relationships, payroll and commission coordination, creditor recovery, and overseeing training / CPD completion. Full job description will be provided to shortlisted candidates. Methods of measuring your effectiveness will include: net recruitment growth, payroll accuracy, creditor recovery, positive team engagement, CPD completion, accurate MI reports, and other performance metrics. Because the business is FCA regulated, these duties must be carried out with high accuracy to ensure compliance and high performance. We are seeking an experienced individual with familiarity with the financial advisory profession (insurance, mortgages or wealth management). The business is rapidly expanding and plans to double its salesforce from 80 advisors. This stage benefits from robust processes, which you will help develop. Due to the flat structure of the business, there will be minimal line management required. Practice Manager Requirements You must have experience within the financial advice profession (insurance, mortgages or wealth). Individuals without FS experience will likely be rejected. You should have experience assisting senior leadership teams with running an efficient business. You should have good knowledge of FCA regulations. You should have strong knowledge of UK employment law and right‑to‑work processes. You should have experience creating MI dashboards, presentations, and tracking adviser KPIs. Knowledge of HRIS, payroll platforms (e.g., Sage, Xero) and CRM systems is required.
