Delegate Sales Executive

As a Delegate Sales Executive, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and targeting potential delegates for the event.
  • Conducting outbound sales calls to potential delegates in Latin America.
  • Effectively communicating the value and benefits of attending the event.
  • Managing the delegate registration process from initial contact through to confirmation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with delegates.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to delegates.
  • Keeping detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Be a native Spanish speaker.
  • Preferably be from Latin America and have experience in delegate sales within the region.
  • Have proven experience working in delegate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Be comfortable working US hours while based in the UK.
  • Be able to start on the 5th of September and commit to the full 4-6 week duration of the project.
