As Senior Account Executive, you’re a key part of the Client Services team, supporting day-to-day project delivery, keeping everything running smoothly, and playing a key role in bringing campaigns to life. Responsibilities Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors with day-to-day campaign delivery. Managing timings, budgets and overall project admin to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Preparing and maintaining project documentation - status reports, meeting notes and monthly reports. Keeping Account Managers updated on project progress to help manage client expectations. Maintaining regular communication with clients (directly or via your Account Manager). Briefing and providing feedback to creative teams and external suppliers. Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of communications and campaigns. Contributing ideas in brainstorms, creative discussions and wider team meetings.
