Plus,A busy social calendar with regular company socials.The opportunity to join one of our Action Groups – DE&I, Climate, CSR or our Social Committee – and positively influence not only agency life but also the wider community we live and work in.Hybrid working – everyone at the agency enjoys three days collaborating and building strong working relations with colleagues in our Marlow town centre offices (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) and two days working from anywhere.Bespoke Personal Development Plans and the mentoring and support you need to pave your way to Senior Account Executive and beyond.Company wellbeing programme including a free counselling service as needed.Company bonus scheme (discretionary) – if BWP does well, so do you.Our Account Executives can get up to 4% of annual salary as a bonus.A culture of appreciation, reward, and recognition with monthly and quarterly awards and celebrations.What do Account Executives at BWP do:Our AEs are the backbone of the Client Services team working alongside your colleagues to produce great work; acting as an important link in the chain between your team, the wider agency, suppliers and clients.You’ll spend most of your time in ‘client delivery mode’, providing Account Managers and Account Directors with the day-to-day support and administration they need to drive forward campaign delivery including:Assisting with the delivery of best-practice marketing – Briefing, and providing feedback to, creative teams and external suppliers. Working closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of campaigns and communications.Project management – Ensuring committed timings and budgets are met and the quality of the work is to a high standard. Keeping Account Managers abreast of project progress, enabling them to manage client expectations.Creative idea generation – actively participating in brainstorms and meetings.Reporting – attending status calls, writing status reports, drafting monthly reports.Your role will also involve building and maintaining healthy client relationships, maintaining regular contact with clients, and managing their expectations (directly or through your Account Manager).With your professional development front of our mind, you’ll be supported to learn all you can about marketing, account handling and client relationship management.* Please note * Our Client Services team are not responsible for delivering social marketing campaigns. Ideally some, or all this experience will have been in an agency, or an in-house role managing marketing campaigns for multiple brands and stakeholders.We’re looking for someone who:Showcases a genuine and demonstrable interest in all areas of marketing and campaign management.Has strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills and can quickly, easily and confidently build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.Has a great attitude and a willingness to work hard, take direction, and develop.Isn’t afraid to say what you think and challenges expectations and assumptions.
