This is a consultative, relationship‑led role focused on opening doors and nurturing partnerships without transactional sales. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage and win new clients in future‑facing engineering markets Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders Hold discovery conversations that uncover real hiring needs Collaborate with delivery teams to design and execute tailored recruitment solutions Maintain a high‑quality BD pipeline and drive consistent growth What We’re Looking For Experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or 360 recruitment A natural relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills Someone who values integrity, quality and long‑term partnerships Highly organised, proactive and motivated by results Enthusiasm for engineering, mobility or technology (domain knowledge is a bonus, not a must) Ready to Drive Growth?
