Location: Warrington
**Salary**: circa £35k plus car allowance plus bonus scheme

**Business Development Manager** - The Role:
An excellent opportunity has become available at Centre Park Resources Limited to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
The priority of this role is to work in unison with other members of the sales team and within Sterling to enhance and retain the professional status of Sterling and also promote our products and services with maximum impact on the market. As Business DevelopmentManager for new and existing business, your ability to identify new opportunities will be fully tested in this role. You will need to be able to identify and influence key decision makers and develop strong relationships with clients to identify their specificneeds; our success is due to our commitment to customer satisfaction.
**Business Development Manager** - Key Responsibilities:
Regular face-to-face contact with Agency Clients, either at their premises, or our own. Includes;
- Selling the benefits of Sterling products to Agencies via Presentations and Q&A sessions
- Explaining workings of Sterling and it’s products to all levels at Agencies
- Keeping Agencies up to date with changes in our procedures e.g. ETW and Compliance
- Regular meetings with Consultants, Branch Managers, Regional Managers and Directors to review our performance and that of our competitors
- Client Entertainment i.e. taking branch personnel for lunch; meals / drinks outside of work hours; attending sporting / social events outside of work hours, including weekends
- Resolving issues / queries face-to-face, so that they are brought to a resolution
- Establishing and maintaining a close working relationship, between Sterling and the client
Face-to-face contact with Sterling Contractors Includes:
- On-site Q&A sessions with Sterling Contractors e.g. explaining benefits
- On-site Sales Presentations, to convert Agency PAYE employees, to a Sterling Product
- Attending sites with the Agency, to resolve issues or disputes
- Acting as first point-of-contact for any queries / issues, from Agency clients and managing them through to a resolution
- Liaising with Internal Departments
- Contacting New Agencies and taking initial enquiries from them
- Promote Sterling in new non-construction markets, gaining new leads with agencies we don’t currently provide a service to
- Selling newly introduced Sterling products to agencies
**Business Development Manager** - You:
- Success at achieving targets
- Previous experience within the Umbrella industry or recruitment agencies is essential
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to deal with all levels within an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
