After strong early traction, we’re looking for a digital marketing and e-comms executive. This is an opportunity to get in early and build something real. You’ll support our e-commerce experience and help shape how we show up digitally, optimising how we get our products out to the world. The role We’re looking for a hungry, digital native, detail-oriented individual who wants more than just a job - someone who wants ownership. This is an opportunity to play a role in shaping the brand and digital experience for the long term. We’re a small tight-knit team. And, we all get stuck in and get our hands dirty. Whilst we have a small amount of support from freelancers and agencies, a successful applicant will be someone who loves the nitty gritty of delivery, and has a hunger to grow with a company. You’ll support MUUSH’s online performance - from paid ads to email flows and site optimisation, in addition to other e-comms platforms (like Amazon and TikTok Shop). You’ll help with key digital channels, report on campaign ROI, and work on the optimisation of the MUUSH e-commerce ecosystem for growth. Key responsibilities Paid ads: support planning and delivery of campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google to drive traffic and sales. Optimise weekly based on return on advertising spend (ROAS), click through rate (CTR) and conversion data with a focus on efficiency. Shopify: maintain and update product listings, imagery and descriptions. Coordinate site improvements with freelance developers. Monitor performance, flagging conversion or UX opportunities. Marketplace management: liaise with marketplaces (e.g. Amazon) to optimise our listings and campaigns. Track key KPIs: reviews, conversion, buy box, sales trends. Email/CRM: manage B2C newsletter and B2B marketing emails (via Klaviyo or HubSpot). Build and schedule automated email flows to drive resale, measuring performance and reporting learnings. Analytics: pull performance data from Shopify, Amazon and Klaviyo/Hubspot. Summarise weekly reports and provide recommendations. Lead monthly review presentations to share performance and learnings with the team. What we're looking for London-based candidates (or able to work hybrid/in-person in London regularly - 3 days in Wandsworth office, 2 days from home - subject to change). 1+ years’ paid media experience (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads). Shopify or similar CMS management experience. Email marketing and CRM automation experience. Data literacy — confident using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Amazon reports. Portfolio/examples of previous work with clear commercial impact (campaigns, metrics, growth stories). Project management and multi-channel coordination. Hands‑on, "roll your sleeves up" mentality - we’re a small team wearing lots of hats. Genuine love for e-commerce and digital marketing. Strong attention to detail. Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Someone adaptable, who’s comfortable operating within ambiguity. Beverage industry experience (especially new wave brands). FMCG or startup experience. Personal passion for health, wellness, or lifestyle brands. Competent using the Adobe creative suite (ideally), or similar design/editing tools. Copywriting ability.
