Support day‑to‑day tasks relating to compliance programs (e.g., compliance training roll‑out, setting up agendas, drafting presentations, collaborating with other regional teams). Support Senior Management through the evaluation of complex clients and/or topics. Track the local adaptation and implementation of risk‑mitigating measures (e.g., policies and processes). Consolidate risk reporting and mitigation measures. Act as a key point of contact for local system staff across all compliance topics. Provide advice on compliance queries and connect staff to the most appropriate team to address their query. Support with operational tasks related to compliance training and communication exercises. Receive compliance‑related information from business stakeholders or the Global Compliance team and collate this into timely reports. Assist with compliance risk identification and reporting. Perform data validation and integrity checks on compliance datasets. Support bottom‑up compliance risk identification exercises, including aggregating results and producing analysis and reports. Assist project teams, as allocated by line manager, to ensure that compliance considerations are identified and recorded from inception to delivery. What You’re Good At Working in an international environment Project management Engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders Problem solving and analysis, with a demonstrable ability to operate with little oversight Working effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing and balancing competing time‑urgent demands Attention to detail Written and oral communication (English; additional languages will be considered favourably); active listening What You’ll Bring An academic degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred) 3‑4 years of experience in a compliance function or other risk‑management discipline such as audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis within a financial/banking institution, professional services, or consulting firm or international business (e.g., aerospace, transport, construction, pharmaceutical, healthcare) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Trello, and exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
