This Facilities and Compliance Team Administrator role is to to work as part of a close-knit, supportive team to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Compliance team, by providing, and maintaining through associated database, Excel and Word documents and systems to assist with scheduling compliance surveys, checks and audits. The role itself is a mixture of office working a few days a week, and home working some of the time. There is the opportunity to attend site visits as well.

**About the Role**

This is a new opportunity not to be missed Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an Facilities and Compliance Team Administrator Apprentice to join our team in London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.

**The role will be**:

- To provide administrative support to the Facilities and Compliance team, by providing, and maintaining through associated database, Excel and Word documents and systems to assist with scheduling compliance surveys, checks and audits.
- To work closely with the wider Property Management team, contractors and other partners to achieve productivity, quality and compliance targets
- To input and proactively manage all data to support the successful management of facilities management and property compliance.
- To process facilities and property compliance documentation received, ensuring remedial works arising from compliance checks and audits are escalated to facilities or the Property Compliance Officer or Property Officer for scheduling, ensuring all relevant parties are informed, systems updated and documents are filed correctly.
- Assist with scheduling property compliance surveys, checks and audits.
- Liaising with Resident Social Landlords and Property owner’s representatives to ensure compliance documentation is received and processed.
- Work closely with the Senior facilities Officer, Property Compliance Officer, Maintenance Administrator and Receptionist to ensure that all areas of work relating to these roles is adequately covered when necessary.
- Maintain filing systems within the Facilities and Compliance Team, archiving electronic and hard copy files where necessary.
- Support the Head of Facilities & Building Safety Compliance Officer and Senior Facilities Officer in providing an effective service, including monitoring of outstanding compliance checks, remediation works and contractor activities.

**About the Applicant**

We are looking for someone who is computer literate with an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, an ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.

Applicants should be flexible, a team player, methodical with good attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and are willing to learn.

**About the Training**

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration certification.

**Additional Information**

Location: London, W1D

Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This role will consist of a few days a week in the office and sometimes days will be home working.

Wage: £431.31 per week
