OverviewAs a User Experience Researcher, you will be primarily responsible for generating inspiring and actionable insight to help improve our customers\' experiences. You will work in a team alongside other UX professionals who are leading the user-centric product transformation of a previously traditional financial services business. You will uncover opportunities to further improve our understanding of both current and prospective users to create simple, intuitive but high-performance user experiences.
