We are ambitious and passionate and encouraged to fight for what we believe is right for our customers, our teams, ourselves and interactive investor.PURPOSE OF ROLE:As a UX Research Lead, reporting to the UX Research Manager, you will be responsible for both leading a team of UX Researchers and driving research efforts. You will manage a diverse team of researchers across multiple squads, ensuring their professional growth and guiding them to deliver high-quality research. At the same time, you will actively design and conduct research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to deepen our understanding of current and potential users, helping to create user experiences that are simple, intuitive, and high-performing. You will also collaborate closely with Product Managers to plan and deliver UX research roadmaps.You will work in a team alongside other UX professionals, who are leading the user-centric product transformation of a financial services business.
