Support the guests: Handle late check‑ins, early check‑outs, VIP arrivals, luggage support, special requests, and any unexpected issues, always with warmth and professionalism. Manage the audit: Oversee the night audit process and daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance. Be the overnight anchor: Act as the senior contact for any emergencies, team needs, or guest escalations, coordinating with security and other departments as needed. Ensure standards: Perform room checks, public area inspections, and health and safety walk rounds to maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Handle feedback: Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews, turning overnight impressions into lasting loyalty. Own the details: Maintain accurate guest profiles, logbooks, handovers, and internal reports to support a seamless guest journey across all shifts. You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on 12 hour shifts. What’s Your Story? You’re calm, confident, and solutions‑focused; especially when others are sleeping.
