OVERVIEW:

SUMMARY:
RESPONSABILITIES:

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations, answering questions about our drink offerings, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar counter, equipment, and back of house area. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Promote and upsell drink specials, and other products to maximize sales. Handle card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy.
- Adhere to all licensing laws, health and safety policies, and company guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and age verification.
- Work closely with the bar team, and management to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours. Assist in training new staff when required.
- Contribute to the success of special events, themed nights, and private parties by preparing tailored drinks menus and assisting with setup and service as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous bartending experience is a must, particularly in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Experience in a nightclub or entertainment venue is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and other beverages is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for nightlife and entertainment are essential. Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new drink recipes are highly valued.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of drinks), and work late-night shifts.
