As Strategic Global Affairs Project Manager, you will play a central role in advancing UAL’s international partnerships, global thought leadership and global affairs portfolio.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate complex cross‑institutional projects that strengthen UAL’s global position and drive strategic change.Lead high‑impact initiatives, support international engagement activity and bring coherence to planning, governance and delivery across multiple teams and partners.Help develop new ways of working, support the launch of the Global Affairs portfolio and ensure that projects are delivered with clarity, pace and measurable impact.Analyse data, add evidence‑based recommendations and guide decision‑making for senior leaders.QualificationsExperience managing complex projects within large multi‑stakeholder environments and strong understanding of the global higher education landscape.Proven track record of working closely with senior leaders and coordinating strategic plans.Financial planning and resource management skills; comfortable working across teams in a matrix environment.Excellent communication skills, ability to engage, influence and build trust with internal and external partners around the world.Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload while keeping sight of long‑term objectives.Application ProcessWe operate a fair and open anonymous selection process.
