Freeths Manchester, England, United Kingdom Human Resources Analyst About The Role This role will support the Senior HR Manager in the management and development of the firm’s HR System, Workday. The role will ensure the continued effectiveness of Workday and assist in driving forward the firm’s HRIS platforms. Key Responsibilities To support the Senior HR Manager in optimising Workday to better meet business requirements including, automating processes, increasing efficiency through making changes to business processes, and developing Workday to ensure a positive user experience. To work with internal stakeholders to develop the firm’s MI reporting including creating and scheduling reports and developing dashboards. To assist with system configuration and to perform system administration and maintenance activities, ensuring strong data integrity. To support the firm’s change management processes including enhancements to Workday based on the system roadmap and bi‑annual releases. To work to a consistently high level and to provide an exemplary level of service to stakeholders. To triage, diagnose and resolve end user issues and queries relating to Workday. To maintain and develop the firm’s end user training resources related to Workday. To support the Senior HR Manager with the administration and maintenance of the firm’s Benefits system including annual enrolment processes. To support with the creation of communications plans relating to Workday and the firm’s Benefits System. To carry out any other such reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time. To ensure at all times that you maintain up to date technical expertise. To be accountable for your own personal development and to continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills. Your Skills and Qualifications Strong skillset with experience of developing Workday Reports and Dashboards, including matrix/composite reports and discovery boards. Experience with Power BI and Workday Integrations is also highly desirable. Strong analytical mind with experience in writing reports and dashboards. A strong interest and knowledge of statistics and data presentation is highly essential. Strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel. Experience with managing or maintaining an HRIS is essential including experience with Workday. A proven record of problem solving and ability to work to tight deadlines. A self‑starting individual, passionate about delivering good customer service and continuous improvement. An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at work, working across all levels of seniority. Strong understanding of data hygiene and data protection.
