**The Role**

This is a brand-new role within an organisation that has a huge thirst for data and analytical insights, this is a fantastic opportunity to enter a role and make the process your own

This position will see you leading the organisations data transformation process, they are looking to shed off their dated excel reporting function to a move advanced analytical purpose

**Key Duties**

*Design and create visually stimulation and insightful dashboards
*Deep dive people data analysis, find deeper, more layered insights
*Use of different types of data and connection of different data sources
*Lead monthly insight sessions, helping to deliver effective management information and intuitive analysis
*Help to define their analytical process.

**Requirements**:
*Strong knowledge SQL
*PowerBI / Tableau or other analytical package
*Confident communicating with stakeholders at any level
*Experience working with People/HR data would be a bonus
