HR Business Analyst

Lead analysis that shapes major HR initiatives and system enhancements

HR Business Analyst
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to design, enhance, and configure HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Support testing activities—including unit, system, and user acceptance testing—and ensure timely resolution of defects.
Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture insights and share project updates.
Produce high-quality documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
Monitor HR system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Keep up to date with HR technology trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovation.
Strong experience analysing HR processes and supporting HR technology initiatives.
Familiarity with key HR platforms (with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred) and solid understanding of data management principles.
Experience supporting HR transformation or end-to-end system implementation projects.
Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualisation techniques.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, HRIS Certifications, or Business Analysis qualifications.
