Venn Group are pleased to once again be working with one of our well-regarded healthcare clients, who are looking to source a Team Administrator to start as soon as possible.

**Location**:

- Hemel Hempstead (hybrid working)

**Duration:

- **Three months +

**Rate**:

- £11.75 per hour + holiday pay

**Hours**:

- 37.5 hours per week

**The duties of the role include**:

- Booking, amending and cancelling appointments using the calendar
- Producing appointment letters
- Sending appointment reminders to service users via text message
- Ensuring all correspondence is accurately and appropriately presented using current methodologies and medical terminology
- Acting as an initial point of contact for the team, answering basic queries and escalating matters as appropriate
- Taking minutes in meetings and ensuring that action points are followed up
- Organising staff rotas to ensure that the service has an adequate number of staff at all times

**Essential skills/experience required**:

- Experience of providing comprehensive administrative support
- Experience taking minutes in meetings
- Demonstrable experience using MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
