Our client, a leading removals company, are looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Hertfordshire.
**Main duties**:
- Maintain, update and input all removal information on IT systems
- Attend meetings, take notes accordingly
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Welcoming visitors/ contractors to site & ensuring H&S procedures are followed
- General administration throughout the removals process
- Assisting removals team members when required
- Supporting accounts & HR when required
- Assist with company events
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience within the removals industry is desirable
- Excellent administration skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail
