We are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work from our friendly, busy support office based in Uxbridge on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will support the Recruitment Team and the wider team in its work of coordinating & the administration of recruitment. Providing support where required.

**You will be required to travel across 25 homes so support recruitment compliance so a driver is essential.**

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Hiring Managers & gather availability for weekly interviews
- Liaising with Care Home Administrators to ensure all the staff have completed their Induction training and are compliant before onboarding
- Organizing & attending recruitment open days
- Traveling across 25 homes to support with staff onboarding.

**What are we looking for in a Recruitment Administrator?**
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Driver with access to a car, this is essential to travel across 25 care homes
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very proactive work ethic and ability to work on own initiative
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Good administrative skills
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to new and changing situations
- Good IT skills, including use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
