**Location**: Hertfordshire (hybrid working)

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

**Hours**: 37.5 hours

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing support for all key HR processes as required, including - but not limited to - recruitment, restructuring, statutory leave and payroll services
- Preparing and issuing letters/documentation as required in connection with HR processes.
- Responsible for overall administrative support of the recruitment process including job vacancies, interview scheduling, offer documentation and induction
- Dealing with the administrative tasks involved with any internal vacancies/transfers/leavers
- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with record retention requirements and managing archive information requests
- Creating purchase orders and process invoices accordingly and rectifying any queries that come up
- Managing Long Service Awards; including issuing certificates and vouchers
- Providing support for administrative processes for a range of benefits, including pension, private health care, group income protection and life assurance
- Providing administrative support to other areas of the company as required
- Updating SAP HR as required
- Proficiency in another European language (ideally French, Dutch, or Italian)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Prior experience working as part of a HR team (desirable)
