Our client specialises in short term bridging loans for property projects, and prides themselves on perfectly matching people who want to borrow, with people who want to invest in property. They are now on the lookout for a Lending Administrator who alignwith the key values our client holds.

**The Lending Administrator will undertake responsibilities such as**:

- Creation of terms for the sales team
- Creating and organising files for each case
- Chasing terms that have been sent with timescales
- CRM management
- Instructing professionals
- Liaising with the underwriting team
