CV Screen is recruiting for an Italian & Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a fantastic software company in a home-based role. A salary of up to £32,000 is available.
Your job will see you look after customers based on the UK, Spanish and Italian markets and you are required to have fluency in all three languages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will manage customer accounts, changes of ownership, subscription amendments, changes of management, changes of bank details and property name changes
- Deal with customer terminations in a timely and effective manner.
- Work to retain accounts and upsell features whenever possible (including calling on other departments where required)
- Manage a varied and extensive portfolio of customers (this requires attention to detail managing the admin behind complex syntax, pricing, contracts, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with the finance team and have an understanding of the billing and payments processes.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English.
Previous Customer Service or Account Management experience.
SALARY:
Circa £32,000 + Career Progression
