London. THIS ROLE WILL BE A MIX OF REMOTE AND OFFICE BASED WORK INITIALLY 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE (WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY) WITH 2 DAYS REMOTE (HOURS 9.00 - 17.00)
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
In order to support their Italian speaking business clients, they wish to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join a fantastic international export team.
This is a permanent role offering excellent opportunities for career development and progression within the company. Responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
- Processing of orders
- Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
- Providing a first class and quality service at all times
- Communicating with sales representatives within the Italian and Spanish or French speaking territories
**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Fluent Italian is essential
- Previous experience in a customer services or administration role is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
- Ambitious and keen to progress
**SALARY
**£25,000 - £27,000 pa depending on experience plus benefits
