- Previous experience working within a similar role previously ideally

- Familiarity with Oracle
- Excellent communication & organisational skills

**The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Administrator role will involve**:

- Quote generation and Salesforce data entry
- Assisting with data reconciliation between systems
- Taking part in day-to-day sales administration
- Collaborating and building strong relationships with internal teams
- Producing & maintaining accurate quotations for prospects
- Enforcing rules of engagement around pricing, terms, and conditions on orders
- Responding to sales queries around products, services, order status and order shipments
- Following up on missing contracts/documentation with account executives
