Part Time Sales Support Specialist

Our Reading client is recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist role to join their small team of 5. You will be responsible for providing support to sales representatives out in the field. This includes generating quotations, to outline process and expectations,maintaining accurate territory assignments as well as day to day sales admin.

**The Role**
- Handle and process incoming sales order and enquiries from clients
- Resolve customer service issues.
- Provide pricing assistance and assist with pricing enquiries.
- Contact existing customers using a variety of channels to follow up recent quotes.
- General sales administration

**The Person**
- Min of 2 years experience with quotations/Sales admin or recruitment environment
- Must be a team player and able to build strong working relationships
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in service or manufacturing environment utilising integrated business systems.
