Could you join our fantastic team of LSAs?Required to start 5th January 2026.We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This post is linked to SEN funding and will involve providing one-to-one and small group support for a pupil (or pupils) with identified special educational needsThis post is fixed term linked to Special Educational Needs Funding.Our LSAs are:• Committed to having a positive impact on children for every minute of their working day• Empathetic, consistent and calm• Flexible and creative• Able to find the silver linings and humour in challenging, busy situations• Keen to pop on wellies and take learning outside • Restorative and relational• Positive in viewing challenge as the means by which children learn• Part of our lunchtime team and support children with eating and/or playingWould you like to build your school-based experience in a large, vibrant primary school? Are you ambitious, committed to ensuring the best outcomes for pupils and determined to ensure all children thrive? This may suit people keen to become a teacher in the future.We are looking for a committed person to become part of our team and are offering a fixed term contract, linked to a child with SEN needs in KS2, during term time. The roles involve working with, and being trained around, a specific child who has special educational or medical needs and/or disabilities.
