You will play a vital role in supporting and nurturing our children, including those with Special Educational Needs, helping to remove barriers to learning so every child can flourish.Our ideal candidate will be committed to making a profound difference, particularly for our most disadvantaged children, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive. Experience with autism, speech and language development, and knowledge of phonics would also be an advantage, but not essential.
