What We're Looking For Experience in learning support or working with adults in educational settings is an advantage. A positive, open‑minded attitude and strong communication skills. A willingness to complete role‑specific training, including the Level 2 Award for Learning Support Practitioners (if not already held). What You’ll Do Support adult learners with additional needs in classroom and online settings. Assist tutors in delivering engaging and inclusive learning programmes. Help learners develop both academic and personal skills to thrive in society.
