Our mission is to raise the bar in equine nutrition and help horses thrive, from happy hackers to competition athletes.Role purposeOwn customer service and sales delivery across our trade channels. You’ll advise professionally on nutrition, build strong relationships over the phone/Teams/email, and turn data into action - planning, executing and reporting against KPIs to grow revenue and margin.What you’ll doB2B customer & nutrition excellenceHandle inbound calls and emails from retailers, wholesalers and distributors, delivering friendly, personalised service and taking ownership through to resolution.Provide accurate, practical nutrition advice aligned to Pure Feed’s range and standards.Create a monthly trade newsletter to educate customers and promote specific product SKUsSales planning & executionBuild quarterly sales plans (stockists, routes to market, promotions, training) with clear KPIs.Execute the plan and track weekly performance; use numbers and trend analysis to optimise activity.Prepare for and attend quarterly business reviews with wholesale/distributor clients.Commercial disciplineMaintain pricing, discounts and margin structures; understand the ROI of trading terms and initiatives.Increase average order value through appropriate upsell and cross‑sell.CRM, reporting & collaborationKeep the CRM accurate (calls, pipeline, outcomes); produce weekly sales reports.Ensure new stockists are listed correctly on the website and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve the customer journey.What you’ll bring (Essential)Degree in Equine Nutrition Confident phone communicator who builds trust quickly and sustains long‑term trade relationships.Commercial acumen: pricing, discounts, margins, ROI and profitability levers.Numerate & analytical: enjoys working with numbers and performance trends; turns insight into action.Planner & finisher: creates comprehensive sales plans and delivers against them.Excellent written & verbal communication, calm under pressure, strong attention to detail; Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency.Working pattern & benefitsHybrid: 3 days per week at Brinkworth (SN15 5FD); occasional client visits (mileage paid).Benefits: 4 free bags of Pure Feed per month
