**Field Sales Executive**

**Location**: Field based, covering Trowbridge and the surrounding areas.
**Salary**:£23k salary + £2k car allowance + uncapped commission.
**Contract**:Full time, permanent.

We are now recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team

**Field Sales Executive - Job purpose**:
You will be able to embody the company and its values, whilst not just selling a product; you’re enhancing people’s lives online by providing the best possible broadband experience.

You’ll be able to sell face to face, phone, and, most importantly, be someone who enjoys sales

You’ll be the face of YouFibre in the town, generating interest in the area before converting into orders. We have an excellent product that we, and our customers, are incredibly excited about.

**Field Sales Executive - Key responsibilities**:

- Be the face of YouFibre in your area
- Generate leads and gather data
- Exceed your own sales targets
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Deliver companies KPI’s
- General administrative and clerical duties related to role
- Providing relevant feedback and information from your town to the team
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients

**What we need from you**:

- Availability to work 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday)
- Excellent awareness of Cheltenham
- B2C sales experience
- Field/Canvassing sales experience
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Genuine passion for technology and telecoms
- Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member in a start-up
