**Business Development Associate**
Are you a humanities graduate looking for the next step up in your sales career in a fast paced and progressive organisation?
This is a new role within a small sales team and will be responsible for promoting our client’s products and services across the UK and EMEA region as well as maintaining the strong base of existing business whilst developing new relationships and customers.
**Business Development Associate Responsibilities**
The Business Development Associate will work within the wider EMEA sales team, as both an account manager for their own customers as well as supporting the team on key accounts through customer follow-up and campaigns.
As the Business Development Associate some of your duties will include:
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Promoting new platforms
- Identifying selling opportunities
- Developing new customers
- Executing sales plans
- Researching new markets
- Attending events and conferences
- Reporting
This role will be UK, desk-based prospecting as well as travelling to customers and conferences in the EMEA region when covid restrictions lift and so the ideal person must be UK based and happy to travel as required which will potentially equate to 12 weeksin each year away on business.
**Business Development Associate Experience**
Strong networking skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities will be essential as well as strong account management skills with external stakeholders. The Business Development Associate will enjoy working as part of a team and independentlyto achieve and exceed sales targets. They will enjoy working in a buzzy, dynamic and vibrant organisation that is continually growing. This is a varied and fun role and a great opportunity to kickstart or progress your sales career.

Based in Wiltshire, SN8, in lovely modern office space with onsite parking available.
Flexible working with 2 days a week in the office and the rest working remotely. If away travelling this will be classed as an office day.
