We have an excellent opportunity for a Media Sales professional looking for more responsibility to join a growing agency at an exciting time. Hybrid working after probation, 1 day from home a week £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £38,000 - £45,000) Media Sales’ Core Duties Work closely with the directors to develop a develop a sales strategy for all inbound sales Research the marketing and generate ideas to attract new B2B leads Identify cross-selling opportunities Prioritise all sales leads Manage the full sales cycle with all clients Media Sales’ Skills Required Minimum 3 years’ proven experience with B2B sales, preferably in more than one company Experience working on small to large corporate accounts and different levels of stakeholders Ability to close leads over the phone, email and video Proven success in all aspects of the sales cycle Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - capable of building good connections Good CRM experience Able to work independently and manage own targets and workflow Experienced managing multiple projects and leads Highly motivated and ambitious Professional and enthusiastic
