If you enjoy working with young people and you're open to developing new skills, the staff will support you every step of the way.What the role involves Supporting pupils in class, helping them access activities, routines, and learning. Working closely with teachers and specialists to follow individual support plans. Using a calm, patient approach to help pupils regulate and stay engaged. Taking part in training and hands-on learning to develop your skills in SEND education. Who this role is ideal for Graduates who are considering careers in teaching, psychology, education, youth work, or social care. Anyone who enjoys helping others and wants to develop experience in a school setting. A positive, flexible person who is willing to learn and try new approaches. Experience working with children is helpful, but not mandatory. The school cares more about your attitude and willingness to grow. What you’ll receive Weekly PAYE pay, with no umbrella company involvement. Access to free training through our CPD Academy, including behaviour support and SEND modules. Ongoing support from a consultant who understands specialist school environments. A pathway into long-term work in education, with opportunities to progress.
