Conference and Events Planner

I am currently recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in Central Cambridge. They are looking for a highly organised, personable and efficient Conference and Events Planner to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Typical duties include:

* Working as part of a small-knit team, planning and management of all company events and functions, from fun summer events to formal conferences and dining events

* Responding to customer enquiries quickly and efficiently

* Organising site visits for clients and discussing the finer details of their requirements

* Working closely with other departments to ensure clients have all the relevant resources available to them

* Attending all events to ensure they run smoothly

* Any other adhoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience within event planning is essential

* Strong communications skills

* Exceptional organisation and planning ability

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Educated to A-level standard

* A flexible and adaptable attitude
