I am currently recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in Central Cambridge. They are looking for a highly organised, personable and efficient Conference and Events Planner to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Typical duties include:

- Working as part of a small-knit team, planning and management of all company events and functions, from fun summer events to formal conferences and dining events
- Responding to customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Organising site visits for clients and discussing the finer details of their requirements
- Working closely with other departments to ensure clients have all the relevant resources available to them
- Attending all events to ensure they run smoothly
- Any other adhoc duties as required
- Previous experience within event planning is essential
- Strong communications skills
- Exceptional organisation and planning ability
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Educated to A-level standard
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
