**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure the smooth operations of events, conferences and corporate meetings
- Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
- Support ensure the hospitality and catering offer provided to delegates is organised and executed to a high standard
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require

**What you bring**:

- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills, with a passion for great guest experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, within corporate hospitality, conferencing & events
- Champion of health & safety practices and food safety
- Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested
