An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing care to young adults. This part-time role offers excellent benefits and salary range of £14 - £15 per hour for 20 hours.

As a Support Worker, you will support young adults by assisting with their daily activities, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring their well-being. They are looking for 2 Support Workers

You will be responsibilities for:

Assist with daily care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and supporting personal care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with young adults, always ensuring dignity and respect.
Monitor and record physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, reviewing changes and providing updates.
Participate in recreational events, both within the home and in the wider community.
Contribute actively to team development and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker or in a similar role.
Passion for care and a desire to contribute to the development of others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK.
