Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Planner to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by optimizing production schedules and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Production Planner, you will:

Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements and company objectives.

Collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resource availability and minimize downtime.

Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Maintain accurate production records and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing planning processes and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

Solid experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, regardless of industry.

A strong understanding of the fundamentals of production workflows, capacity planning, and scheduling.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Proficiency in production planning tools and systems (e.g., ERP/MRP software).

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
